while a.i generated images can look fast and convenient, they do not accurately represent the real condition, colour, texture, or imperfections of second hand items. a.i is also very limited on generating enough images for your business' needs - forcing you to subscribe, and even then, you are still limited. at oddstox, we provide original professional photographs of the actual products supplied. this ensures resellers can create honest and accurate listings, helping build trust with their customers and reduce disputes or returns. real images are especially important in resale, where condition and authenticity directly affect buyer confidence and selling price. our service focuses on saving time while still providing genuine, ready to use product images that reflect exactly what is being sold.

when your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive a separate email containing the link to download your image pack. this link will direct you to google drive, where your pack will be available. please note: due to storage limitations, image packs are only available for 2 weeks after receiving your email, so we strongly recommend that you download your images as soon as possible.

in your image pack, you will receive 6 professional photos of the product you have purchased. these images will be the same as the website. each photo will be of different angles, label details, tags (if applicable) imperfections and measurements. if you have purchased more than one product, you will receive all your links in the same email.

due to the nature of clearance and mystery stock, all sales are final unless items arrive severely damaged or significantly not as described.

all of our products are sourced from different organisations and locations, so it all depends on how much our team have paid for it on the day. as we make no profit on the actual product, the prices may be different depending on where we source the product; for example 'x location' sold a jumper for £4, but the same jumper is found elsewhere for £10, because we charge what we pay, the prices for each jumper will be different - so one will cost you £4, and the other will cost you £10, but we carefully select our products to ensure you always have room for profit.

we currently ship within the uk only. all orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services, with a flat shipping rate of: £15.45 per order (uk delivery only) we do not currently offer international shipping, but this may be added in the future as the business expands. once your order has been processed and packed, estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days please note that during busy periods or high-volume drops, dispatch times may varyslightly, but we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

yes - but it depends on the product type. for single resale items, they are: sorted by category checked for obvious damage or non-sellable condition washed and restored to near new packaged in a way that is ready for resale or listing we aim to ensure these items are suitable for resellers to photograph and list straight away. for bulk/clearance stock, items are: not individually checked not sorted beyond general category sold exactly as received from stock lots this allows us to offer significantly lower pricing for high-volume buyers

your bundle order is made up from available stock at the time of packing. items are selected randomly within the correct category (e.g. clothing, footwear, media), making every bundle unique.
