We sell a combination of secondhand (pre-owned) and new items.

• ​Secondhand items may show signs of wear, age, or previous use.

• We make every effort to accurately describe items and show their condition through images.

• Any major flaws will be clearly stated where possible.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as described.

Many items are used, so your product may not arrive in it's original packaging - we will include this information within the details, however we are not obligated to do so. 

We cannot guarantee that colours on your device will exactly match the physical product.

3. Product Availability

Most items are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they will not be restocked.

We reserve the right to:

• remove products from sale at any time

• limit quantities 

• cancel orders if stock errors occur.​

While we aim to ensure all pricing is accurate, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance 

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel any order

• cancel orders due to to stock errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete

All orders must be completed before orders are dispatched.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:

• correct shipping address is provided

• someone is available to receive the parcel if required

We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels once dispatched, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

Due to the nature of secondhand and one-off items:

• All sales are considered final.

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing, fit or change of mind.

Refunds, returns or exchanges are only given, if an item is:

• significantly misdescribed

• or not as shown

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved:

• the item must be returned in the same condition

• a refund or exchanged may be issued at our discretion 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe, without proof, may result in the claim being declined.
